Our Story
Sun Safe Homes was founded by myself, Randy Lindsey in 2007. I have been in Construction for over 20 years and have successfully managed Multi-Million Dollar companies as well as managing and/or supervising several different types of
construction crews in residential and commercial construction over the years.
Through the years, I have always done side jobs on weekends and afternoons. But in 2007, I decided to go out on my own and get serious about running my own business rather than using all of my skills, talents, and experience working for someone else.

I come from a family of commercial and residential builders and remodelers stretching over the last three generations of our family. Construction has been the family business for over 40 years.

At Sun Safe Homes, our vision is to provide customers the best quality work at affordable prices. I have been in construction for a long time and have seen many contractors overcharge for the same work I can do at a more reasonable price.
I believe I can help homeowners achieve honest, quality workmanship at a fair price, and I have been successful at doing that.

How We're Different
Unlike many construction companies, we are Family Owned and Operated. I do most of the work myself with just a helper or two, except for big projects ofcourse. I do subcontract some of the bigger projects out but it is only with the very few crews that I know and trust, my reputation and your satisfaction are most important.
I personally will be onsite doing the work and/or closely supervising, but I am a very "hands-on" individual and whatever I am working on must be perfect.
Sun Safe Homes is a debt free company and I have very little overhead which allows me to be extremely competitve in my pricing.
I have accounts with the top suppliers of products and we only use the best products. Most of the products we use come with a Lifetime Warranty! So, even though I may be charging you less than my competitors, you are still receiving the highest quality materials and workmanship.
It's a WIN-WIN for you! You still get Top Quality Materials and Workmanship but at a manageable price to fit your budget.

My number One Concern is that my customers know that they are being treated fairly by an Honest Person.
Many times I have been out to do an estimate for something, like Insulation, for example. If I do not think you need any more Insulation, I will tell you that adding more insulation is not going to help you.
That is just one example. But just know that I am not a sales person. I am more of a task-oriented person. If I think you need something done I will tell you honestly if I think it will help. I will give you a fair price and I will do a quality job.
I will not try to sell you something you do not need. I am a Christian and God will provide for me. If you do not need my services, I will not try to talk you into it.
I know that if I am honest with you, you will refer me to your peers and if I can help them, I will.
